EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow exchanging of incorrect sizes
Kindly telegram us at 82680023 for any exchange requests
Exchange of size is only applicable within 14 days from shipping date
If intended size of exchange goes out of stock, we will issue store credits to your account with 2 months validity.
A return form must be printed out and filled in. You may fill up the form here, print the email and return them together with the item.
Please mail back the parcel using a traceable source and update us in telegram
Exchange will only be done in its original condition as follows:tag intact,unworn,unwashed,unscented and unaltered
Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined
Store credit will be applied upon receiving the parcel
Exchange cost (to and fro) will be borne by buyer
Re-sell/help sell of item/s for any reason will be ceased from 25/11/2022.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

Do telegram us at 82680023 with pictorial proofs of the defective area / incorrect item
Do seek our confirmation prior to returning your order
Pictorial proofs of defective items must be verified by our admin team to be eligible for an exchange/return.
An exchange will be done after verification
A store credit will be issued to your account if the item(s) goes out of stock for exchange, including the mailing charge for the return item
Store credits are valid for 2 months from date of issue
Exchange will only be done in its original condition as follows:tag intact, unworn,unwashed,unscented and unaltered
Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined
For local returns, all parcels must be sent back to Voycestas Plus - 313 old birdcage walk #01-15 (S) 798486 within 5 working days upon parcel received.

STORE CREDITS

All store credits are issued with a 2 months validity and tagged to your account
Store credits can be used in partial or in full to offset online and in-store purchases
Expired store credits will not be refunded in any terms
Orders paid with store credits will not eligible for further exchange / returns.
Kindly note that we do not process cash refunds for such returns.

Please note that all sales, samples and discounted items are final and will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Use gentle machine wash with a maximum temperature of 30 Degrees Celsius.
Hand wash with cold water, rinse and dry well before hanging.
Use a garment steamer to steam garments made of linen material to reverse the shrinkage process which may occur after washing.
Sort your laundry into groups with similar colours: whites, dark colours and light colours and wash separately
Always pre-rinse your new item in cold water before wearing to avoid colour run.
Avoid wearing denim/suede items with light coloured items/accessories especially for the first few wears to prevent any colour transfer.
If you are unsure of the maximum temperature of the garment, always be safe and wash with cold water.
Turn your garment inside out before washing.
Ensure your garment is zipped up and/or buttoned up before washing to prevent damage.
Always iron on low heat.
Use a garment steamer on garments with pleats.

DON'T

Do not soak.
Do not use too much detergent and softener.
Do not use bleach.
Do not iron prints and embellishments.
Do not leave garments with whites and coloured panels soaking for long periods.
Do not iron pleated garments with a conventional iron.
Do not put any garment in dryer, as the high temperature from the dryer may cause shrinkage and damage items with pleats.
Do not drip dry.
